Iain Robertson and Mike Goodspeed have both been promoted to the newly-created post of Regional Manager at Contract Components Limited (CCL).

Birmingham-based Mike Goodspeed will assume full responsibility for all aspects of branch operation in the northern section of CCL's national distribution network. His colleague Iain Robertson based in Southampton will perform a similar function in the south with full responsibility for all CCL activity from warehouse to on site delivery to the customer.

Both men will retain their existing sales management responsibilities in addition to their new duties.

Announcing these new senior appointments, Geoff Lee joint managing director of CCL explained their importance to the company's plans for development.

"CCL continues to expand; both Stoke and Leicester branches have recently doubled in size and our Northern manufacturing base in Manchester has been enlarged to meet customer demand.

There's an obvious need to expand our management team in step with these exciting current developments and others that are already in the pipeline. Both Iain and Mike are long term CCL men who can provide tactical management based on knowledge and experience for our national branch network, bringing benefits to both customers and staff."
