Hard on the heels of the opening of the company's new West London branch and the acquisition of the North Eastern based Air Filter Services, CCL has announced the appointment of two regional sales managers.
Birmingham based Mike Goodspeed will assume responsibility for northern sales, while Iain Robertson based in Southampton will head the southern sales team.
The appointments are the result of internal promotion, and both men bring a wide background of experience to their new roles. Iain Robertson spent five years as Manager of CCL Southampton branch, while his colleague Mike Goodspeed was formerly Midlands Sales Engineer for CCL.
Announcing these latest appointments, CCL joint Managing Director David Barker explained the need for expansion of a broad front.
"Our recent advances - the opening of a second principal manufacturing base in Manchester and the addition of three new branches to our national network - can only be fully exploited with strong lines of communication and effective field sales management. These regional sales appointments bring experienced men into the management structure. They will help us to consolidate our gains and support our plans for further growth in the months ahead".
Mike Goodspeed and Iain Robertson will lead an expanded sales force. New Sales Engineers have joined the team to represent the company's activities in the South West, the east Midlands and the North East. In the London area Andy Ager has been promoted to Manager of the CCL Enfield Branch.
