Now available from Contract Components Ltd (CCL) is the Elta Revolution range of long cased axial fans.

Part of the Elta Select series for which CCL were recently appointed national UK distributors, the Revolution range incorporates models to suit virtually all applications. Sizes vary from 315 to 710mm diameter and a variety of impeller blade/hub combinations is available.

Both impeller and platform-mounted motor are contained within the overall length of the casing, which is flanged at either end. This permits the fan to be removed laterally from within an inline duct installation with comparative ease.

The centrally mounted motor is wired via a flexible weather proofed cable system to an IP55 protected terminal box located externally on the fan casing.

Elta Revolution long cased axial fans are suitable for operation in temperatures up to 54°C.

To maximise performance, aerofoil blade impellers with various alternative blade and hub arrangements are included in the Revolution range. Blade angles can be adjusted ¾ a process aided by graduations on the blade adjacent to the hub should on site adjustment be required. Fan blades are of glass reinforced polypropylene as standard, but alternative die cast aluminum impellers are available to special order.

To ensure maximum flexibility of application of the Elta Revolution range CCL branches will also be offering specially designed accessories including speed controllers,anti-vibration mounts, flexible connectors, inlet cones, silencers and non-return dampers.
