Fast growing CCL doubles size of Bristol branch |
|
Contract Components Ltd (CCL)the UK's largest supply network for ventillation components, has doubled the size of it's Bristol branch.
Acquisition of the next door unit at Spine Road Bristol means that the branch now has 12,000 ft2 of useable space.
Access to this considerable extra area means that, as well as additional stocks, the branch will be able to undertake manufacture of spiral ductwork for the first time. CCL is the UK's biggest manufacturer of this type of ducting and the opening up of the Bristol production line follows a similar recent development at the Gateshead branch. There are now no fewer than eight production units for CCL spiral ductwork throughout the country, and two further major manufacturing centres at Northfleet in Kent and Manchester.
CCL Bristol will now be able to offer a total CCL service to the South West of England and South Wales, including a complete range of spiral ductwork available in 3 metre standard lengths or cut to customer's special order.
Additional wharehouse space at Bristol will permit much larger and more comprehensive stocks of ductwork, grilles, fans and accessories, providing customers in the area with an even better service - including availability of the branch's new delivery vehicle.
Most day-to-day requirements can be met literally off-the -shelf, but the Bristol branch, like all CCL branches, will be supported by the stock and maunfacturing facilities throughout CCL's national network and the main production plants.
With annual sales now exceeding £18 million CCL is now firmly established as the country's leading manufacturer and distributer of spiral and flexible ducting and also supplies a comprehensive range of components and accessories for ventilation and air conditioning systems of all types. CCL now operates thirteen branches nationwide in addition to it's principle manufacturing centres.
